The necklace is so pretty and hangs perfectly, but I want to talk a little about the seller. I had issues with my post office in regards to the item and it had been lost. When I told the seller about it, she was incredibly gracious and kind, sending me another and helping me out in whatever way she could. Yes, the product was wonderful, but the service was excellent.
